Service Technician

Job Summary

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and installing a variety of commercial roofing systems for our customers nationwide. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install various commercial roofing materials and sheet metal components with minimal supervision, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Perform advanced flashing work, including complex designs and configurations, to ensure proper waterproofing and system performance.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures; identify hazards and take proactive measures to prevent accidents.
• Inspect documents, tools, and equipment for compliance with project and safety standards; maintain accurate records.
• Lead crews when needed, delegating tasks, coordinating work, and maintaining productivity and quality in the absence of the foreman.
• Train and mentor new team members, sharing skills and best practices to promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial roofing and sheet metal required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to travel anywhere in the United States without restriction.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to work weekends and extended hours based on production needs.
