About the role

Cowboys & Angels Salon, a top hair salon in San Francisco blending London tradition with San Francisco style, is seeking a full-time Cutting or Color Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the craft of hairdressing, committed to continuous education, and eager to uphold the salon’s high standards. As an Apprentice, you will work closely with other apprentices, service providers, and guests in a positive and proactive manner, contributing to the salon’s mission through impeccable professionalism in thoughts, words, and actions.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in ongoing technical training and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cut and color apprentices, service providers, and guests in a positive and proactive manner.
• Maintain organization, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence in all tasks.
• Uphold the salon’s standards and mission through professionalism and teamwork.

Requirements

• Extreme motivation, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Passion for hair and customer service, with the ability to make an incredible first impression.
• Outgoing and positive attitude with strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
• Team player with a strong sense of integrity, accountability, and responsibility.
• Must be California licensed or have a State Board test date scheduled.
