Salesperson / Deck Design Consultant What You'll Do Run pre-set in-home design consultations across our service area Measure, design layouts, and select decking and railing systems Build accurate estimates and present clear, honest pricing Follow up consistently until the homeowner decides Hand off clean, complete sold jobs to production What We're Looking For 2+ years in-home or B2C sales (home improvement strongly preferred) Understand deck construction well enough to design and price it Self-driven, organized, and consistent in follow-up Comfortable with design/estimating software and a CRM Reliable vehicle, valid license, clean record What We Offer Base salary plus uncapped commission Company-generated, pre-qualified appointments Product and design training on composite, PVC, and railing systems A production team that delivers what you sell
