Sales/Design Consultant

About the role

This is NOT a remote position. This is a field-based sales position. Consultants travel to scheduled in-home appointments throughout Southern New Jersey, the Jersey Shore, Philadelphia, and Eastern Pennsylvania, work from a home office to prepare designs and proposals, and attend monthly meetings at our Mount Laurel, NJ showroom.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners for company-provided in-home consultations
• Design custom organization solutions
• Prepare proposals and close sales
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals
• Manage your schedule and grow your business

Requirements

• Sales experience with strong closing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated and organized
• Interest in home design or space planning
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout our service area
• Ability to work independently while managing a flexible schedule

Pay

Commission-Based | First-Year Earnings Potential: $80,000–$120,000+
