Closet Factory Kentucky is growing and looking for talented, motivated Sales Designers to join the team serving the Louisville market. What You'll Do

As a Sales Designer, you will meet with clients in their homes or at the showroom for personalized design consultations. You'll listen to their needs, develop creative solutions, and help bring their vision to life.

Projects can include:

• Custom closets and dressing rooms
• Home offices
• Entertainment centers and built-ins
• Pantries
• Laundry rooms
• Mudrooms
• Garages and other organizational spaces

You'll work with clients who are actively looking for solutions to improve the organization, functionality, and beauty of their homes.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred
• Home improvement, interior design, or in-home sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and space planning
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections
• Problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
• Reliable vehicle for traveling to client appointments

Pay

$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. Top earners can make over $100,000 per year.
