Automotive Sales Representative

Jim Click Green Valley is hiring Automotive Sales Representatives and is looking for driven individuals who want opportunity, stability, and the ability to grow with a respected name in the industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them throughout the vehicle-buying process
• Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
• Present vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with prospects and maintain leads
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds
• Complete required documentation accurately and efficiently
• Deliver a positive, professional customer experience

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Comfort learning dealership systems and product knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
