Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dealership team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle to meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or automotive experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a performance-based environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software and CRM systems.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.

Additional Information

• Compensation: $70,000 to $150,000 + (hourly plus commission)
• Schedule: Full Time (Monday through Sunday availability)
