About the role
Nielsen Dodge of Morristown is seeking a full-time Automotive Salesperson to join their team. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth, and have a strong sales background.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate, promote, and sell new and used vehicles.
- Develop and maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
- Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system.
- Maintain and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Advanced customer service, communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
- An unrelenting drive to understand and meet customer needs.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus.
