Compensation

Top Salesperson made over $75,000; second Salesperson made close to $70,000; third Salesperson made $67,000. Average Salesperson makes between $45,000 and $55,000 with hourly pay and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Use interpersonal and communication skills to close sales of tires and custom wheel products and services
• Act as the initial customer contact and represent the company professionally
• Provide top-notch customer service to create a positive impression
• Spend most of the time on the phone consulting with potential customers about products and services
• Process orders accurately after sales are made and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve sales goals and maintain a steady flow of business

Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving history
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Physical ability to lift and organize heavy product
• Basic computer skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted

Qualifications

• People person with strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Goal-driven and motivated to increase sales and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Experience in customer service or sales roles is helpful but not required
