Education & Experience
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and functional requirements.
- Design scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices.
- Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce-based applications and integrations.
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to technical standards.
- Support testing, debugging, and resolution of issues in the development and deployment process.
- Guide release management, source control, and continuous integration/delivery processes.
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce products including CRM, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce development: Apex (custom objects, classes, triggers, web services), Visualforce, declarative tools, workflows, reports, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Prominent experience in integrating Salesforce with external/internal systems using web APIs and tools like MuleSoft.
- Strong command of Release Management and CI/CD tools including ANT, Salesforce Metadata API, GitLab, and pipeline automation.
- Familiarity with web technologies: JavaScript, Ajax, SOAP, HTTP, JS Remoting, AngularJS, CSS, and Bootstrap.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with 3+ years in an architect or lead developer role.
