Lead Technical Architect – Salesforce Platform

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Technical Architect – Salesforce Platform to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will provide technical leadership for a complex Salesforce ecosystem, helping shape the platform's roadmap, architecture standards, and solution design decisions. You will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that support service delivery, operational efficiency, and long-term modernization. The position also plays a key role in mentoring teams, strengthening governance, and ensuring the platform is built with security, performance, and DevOps discipline in mind.
