What You'll Be Doing

  • Develops in Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, Lightning Aura, Visualforce, AngularJS, React, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.
  • Leads technical design sessions and writes technical design documents.
  • Works directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and present solutions.
  • Demonstrates technical leadership, setting best practices, including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement.
  • Ensures Stifel's coding practices are used in all development projects.
  • Manages technical scope and client expectations.
  • Designs and develops integrations between applications and other systems as may be required.
  • Provides hands-on expert-level assistance to developers for technical issues.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of programs.
  • Provides technical leadership and support to software development teams.
  • Communicates system requirements to software development teams.
  • Evaluates and selects appropriate software or hardware and suggests integration methods.
  • Oversees assigned programs (e.g., conducts code review) and guides team members.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platform out-of-the-box functionality along with Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL.
  • Ability to acquire new technical expertise quickly within the SFDC platform and related technologies, such as client-side scripting libraries and ETL/ESB integration tools.
  • Solid understanding of developing mobile, hybrid, and/or native iOS/Android applications.
  • Experience with data migrations from third-party systems to Salesforce.
  • Experience designing or building Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, analyzing abilities, and management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task to address multiple and often conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem resolution, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required.
  • Minimum Required: 6+ years of experience administering or consulting with Salesforce.
  • Minimum Required: 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce implementation in the Financial Service vertical and Investment Banking.

Licenses & Credentials

  • Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) or equivalent experience.
  • Certified Platform Developer II (PDII) or equivalent experience.

Systems & Technology Experience

  • Languages and programs: JavaScript Libraries/Frameworks (Angular, jQuery), Salesforce Sales Cloud, Lightning, SOQL, SQL.

Pay

Salary: USD $151,300.00/Yr. - USD $215,000.00/Yr.
