Responsibilities
- Engage business and IT stakeholders as trusted advisors to shape vision, roadmap, and transformation priorities.
- Lead value-based conversations that link Salesforce capabilities to business impact, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
- Drive innovation through art of the possible demos, ideation sessions, and business case development.
- Create points of view, frameworks, and models to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee solution design, implementation, governance, and program delivery assurance.
- Guide the development of enterprise architecture artifacts including roadmaps, blueprints, and integration models.
- Facilitate C-level workshops, discovery sessions, and executive readouts.
- Foster internal capability building and mentor delivery and consulting teams.
Requirements
- 10 years in Salesforce consulting with deep multicloud implementation experience for Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance customers.
- Proven experience in advisory roles engaging senior business and IT executives.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of influencing strategic outcomes and creating tangible value.
- Exceptional storytelling, content development, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
- Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Certified Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II.
- Certified Salesforce Agentforce Specialist.
- Certified Salesforce Omni Studio Developer.
- PREFERRED: Certified Salesforce Application Architect.
- PREFERRED: Certified Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for Manufacturing customers.
- Experience in at least two successful migrations of legacy CRM systems to Financial Services Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, API, and integration capabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives within organizations.
