Salesforce Technical Architect - Senior Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect - Senior Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead the design of scalable Salesforce solutions and guide technical direction across complex client engagements. The position will partner closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and developers to translate requirements into effective architecture and delivery. A strong focus on integrations, custom extensions, and quality execution will help ensure solutions align with client needs and business outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $165,000 – $190,000 annually Responsibilities Design and document comprehensive Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds Lead technical architecture workshops and gather technical requirements Oversee the delivery of integration tasks and custom extensions Educate clients on best practices as a Salesforce.com evangelist Manage the execution of test plans to ensure quality delivery Collaborate with Project Managers to align technical implementations with business needs Optimize business processes and integrations between systems Qualifications 5-7 years of consulting experience in Salesforce.com environments Expertise in Salesforce integration and web application development Experience leading technical requirements gathering and documentation Strong team management skills with prior mentoring or coaching roles Familiarity with pre-sales activities including proposal development and client presentations Proficiency in managing client expectations and project scopes Comfortable working with both onshore and offshore development teams Benefits Participation in the annual incentive compensation program Medical, dental, and vision coverage Access to wellness programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
