About the role
This role is for an experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Architect at Accenture Technology. You will transform client requirements into tailored Salesforce solutions, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Translate client RFPs and business requirements into Salesforce solutions, customizing architecture to meet unique client needs.
- Lead discussions with key stakeholders to manage expectations and build trust.
- Navigate complex client negotiations, discussing pricing, timelines, and contractual terms.
- Develop and present compelling proposals that demonstrate the business impact of the solution.
- Provide thought leadership on Salesforce technologies and industry trends.
- Assist in transitioning to the delivery phase and support clients post-delivery to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce solutions architecture, including leading solution development for large-scale implementations.
- Minimum of 4 years translating complex business requirements into Salesforce solutions, with a focus on client ROI and measurable outcomes.
- Minimum of 4 years working with integration strategies and enterprise application architecture across multi-system landscapes.
- Minimum of 2 years supporting RFP responses, writing technical proposal responses, and leading client-facing presentations and orals.
- Minimum of 2 years estimating, scoping, and delivering complex Salesforce engagements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience) or 6 years work experience with an Associate's Degree.
- Exceptional client-facing skills, strong negotiation and commercial acumen, solid understanding of project management methodologies, and problem-solving & analytical thinking.
- Experience with advanced Salesforce technologies, such as Salesforce Lightning, Einstein Analytics, and Salesforce DX, is a plus.
Qualifications
- Experience in specific industries (e.g., Resources, Public Sector, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms and enterprise technologies (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, AWS Cloud, Google Cloud) is a bonus.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively discuss pricing, timelines, and contractual terms.
- Project management experience, including Agile, Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into Salesforce-driven solutions.
- Team collaboration and leadership experience, including mentoring junior architects.
Pay
The annual salary range for this role is $132,500 to $338,300, depending on location and experience.
Schedule
Travel may be required for this role, with an estimated range of 0 to 100% based on business need and client requirements.
