Role Overview
This role supports the design, configuration, testing, and delivery of Salesforce solutions for Financial Services clients. It involves working closely with clients and internal team members to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and build practical Salesforce solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements.
- Translate discovery findings into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and solution documentation.
- Support Salesforce configurations and features including custom objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, dashboards, permissions, and role hierarchies.
- Support implementations across Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related partner solutions.
- Participate in solution design conversations and help document gaps, risks, dependencies, and follow-up items.
- Create and maintain documentation including user stories, test scripts, training materials, process maps, configuration notes, and client-facing guides.
- Contribute to Saasinct’s internal delivery practices by identifying better ways to document, configure, test, and support Salesforce work.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in administration, configuration, business analysis, implementation, or consulting.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into Salesforce configuration and functional solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative configuration and platform capabilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients, business users, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
- A solid Salesforce Admin foundation with a desire to build technical depth.
- Comfort working in a growth-stage environment where you may need to create clarity, improve process, and operate without heavy structure.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly across Salesforce products, Financial Services workflows, and partner solutions.
- A practical, client-centered mindset with the ability to balance what is technically possible with what is useful, adoptable, and sustainable.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
- Exposure to data migration, integrations, reporting, dashboards, or managed services.
- Prior consulting or professional services experience.
- Experience with Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant).

Eligibility Requirements
- Location: Remote (US).
- Experience: Prior Salesforce ecosystem experience required; Financial Services exposure preferred (Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, or Private Equity).
- Travel: Limited travel may be required for client, team, or Salesforce ecosystem events.
