Salesforce Solution Engineer (Developer)

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Write scalable Apex triggers and manage governor limits in design
• Develop Lightning Web Components for diverse user groups
• Design REST/SOAP integrations with a strong focus on error handling
• Create meaningful Apex and Jest tests to ensure code quality
• Engage in all Agile ceremonies and collaborate with government product owners
• Translate user stories into technical designs and clarify ambiguities pre-sprint
• Support source-driven development and manage deployment processes
• Produce required technical documentation for federal delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 5+ years Salesforce development experience with at least two full implementations
• Proficient in Apex programming: trigger frameworks and asynchronous processing
• Experience building Lightning Web Components with modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data and security model, including object relationships
• Experience with REST/JSON API integrations and OAuth 2.0
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX and Git for source control and development processes
• Agile experience, particularly with tools like Jira, is essential
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days

Pay

$106,000 – $176,000 annually
