Salesforce Solution Architect, Service Cloud Voice

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Facilitate business process reviews to gather customer requirements
• Translate customer needs into efficient contact center designs
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
• Develop detailed technical requirements for delivery teams
• Drive best practices into all aspects of solution delivery
• Manage project aspects and customer communications effectively
• Deliver end-user training and comprehensive documentation

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on project experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce development or configuration
• Knowledge of customer service and contact center operations
• Solid grasp of Salesforce architecture
• Experience with Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, Visual Flows, and Process Builders
• Familiar with Release Management and deployment best practices
• Client-facing experience in pre-sales, project management, and solution delivery

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
