Salesforce Solution Architect, Service Cloud

For our client, we are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect, Service Cloud to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape solution design for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, translating business needs into practical technical outcomes. You will partner closely with customers, delivery teams, and project stakeholders to guide configuration, documentation, and user adoption. The position combines technical consulting, project coordination, and solution architecture with a strong focus on delivering high-quality CRM experiences. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually Responsibilities Facilitate business process reviews to capture customer needs Translate requirements into Salesforce designs using best practices Configure Salesforce Service Cloud solutions effectively Develop technical specifications for the delivery team and customers Drive best-practice UX design in solution delivery Manage project aspects and customer communication Deliver end-user training and documentation for solutions Qualifications 3+ years in technical consulting and project management roles 2+ years delivering Salesforce projects Deep understanding of Salesforce administration, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud Expert in Service Cloud solutions via declarative configuration Experience with CRM Analytics and Experience Cloud preferred Demonstrated ability to document technical requirements effectively Experience with end-to-end SDLC in Salesforce projects Proven ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously Benefits Remote and in-person work flexibility Up to 25% travel for certain roles Work-life balance with flexible hours Collaborative culture valuing employee feedback Frequent celebrations of team achievements Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
