About the role

A functional architect who can solutionize business needs using Salesforce, particularly focusing on Sales and Service Cloud. A good understanding of Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Solutionize business needs using Salesforce, particularly focusing on Sales and Service Cloud.
• Guide Salesforce developers in delivering solutions that align with business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate those into technical solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration of Sales and Service Cloud functionalities.
• Collaborate with other architects and developers to ensure alignment across different components of the Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience as a functional architect.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for Sales and Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience guiding Salesforce developers in the implementation of complex solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Salesforce architecture and development are a plus.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of Salesforce API and integration capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
