Salesforce Solution Architect

About the role

A Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Salesforce solutions. This includes working closely with clients to understand their business needs, architecting scalable and secure solutions, and collaborating with development teams to ensure seamless integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and adhere to best practices
• Work with clients to understand and document business requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and architecture
• Experience with Salesforce API, Lightning Components, and Visualforce
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and security principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions
• Experience with Salesforce DX, AppExchange, and Salesforce Platform APIs
• Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein Analytics and AI-driven features
• Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
