About the role
Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and improve customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing custom Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows.
- Maintaining and optimizing existing Salesforce configurations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- Experience with Salesforce API, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills
- Proficient in Salesforce Platform.
- Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and Git.
- Understanding of data modeling and database design principles.

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
