About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale solution design, integrations, cloud architecture, DevSecOps, and customer engagement modernization initiatives. Location: Wisconsin — WI residents or candidates willing to relocate. Work Model: Hybrid/Remote. Duration: Through 06/30/2027 + extensions. Start: Immediate / Negotiable. Interview: 2 Rounds — Virtual + In-Person. Important: Candidates must be WI residents or relocate before starting. Initial on-site presence for the first few weeks is required. Travel required. Security clearance required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce architecture & development experience
• Strong Salesforce Apex, LWC, Flow & Security Model expertise
• Hands-on MuleSoft, APIs, RAML & DataWeave experience
• AWS Connect + Salesforce Service Cloud integration experience
• Knowledge of Agentforce, conversational AI & automation
• Experience with Gearset, Azure DevOps, Git & CI/CD
• Strong cloud security & enterprise integration knowledge
• Excellent technical leadership & communication skills
• Salesforce certifications preferred
