Salesforce Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute daily to the codebase by writing Apex, building complex Flows, and configuring Media Cloud components alongside the development team.
• Collaborate with team members in Agentforce Studio to build and tune AI agents, helping to create Prompt Templates and Apex actions that power autonomous reasoning.
• Participate in architectural whiteboarding sessions to help design end-to-end systems that integrate Media Cloud with the existing tech stack.
• Utilize Jira for task management and GitHub with Copado for version control and automated deployments, ensuring smooth releases within the team workflow.
• Work with the team to build proof-of-concept features, testing new Salesforce AI capabilities and sharing findings with the group.

Technical Requirements

• Core Skills: Strong hands-on proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flow.
• Platform Expertise: Experience configuring and customizing Salesforce Media Cloud; OmniStudio experience is a plus.
• AI & Data: Direct experience or strong functional knowledge of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI tools.
• DevOps Tooling: Proficiency with Jira, GitHub, and Copado for lifecycle management and deployments.

Experience

• 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with a focus on roles that combine technical architecture with active, daily development.

Location

Ability to work on-site daily at our Irving, TX office.
