Salesforce Solution Architect

About the role

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect for our core CRM and B2B technology stack in the Channel & Experience function housed within IT.

Responsibilities

• Create scalable, sustainable, and secure application solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data 360, etc.)
• Act as a trusted advisor to business partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Oversee solutioning by development teams, providing guidance on best practices, data modeling, automation (Flows), and API integrations
• Document architecture designs, maintain technical documentation, and ensure adherence to standards to minimize technical debt
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate solutions

Qualifications

• Deep Salesforce Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative configuration and programmatic development
• Core Platform Knowledge: Strong experience in Data Modeling, Security & Sharing, Automation (Flows), Lightning Experience, and Integration patterns (APIs)
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to design, map, and implement solutions that align with long-term business goals
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in implementation, with 3+ years in a Solution Architect role
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Pay

Hiring Range: $103,700.00 - $163,020.00 USD
