Responsibilities
- Lead Functional/technical requirements sessions
- Arcitect & document technical solutions
- Develop on the Salesforce.com platforms
- Translate business requirements into well designed solutions
- Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions
- Develop interfaces with Salesforce.com
- Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated to implement the project
- Manage technical scope and business expectations
- Provide hands on expert level assistance to developers
- Design and manage the execution of test plans
- Ensure a quality solution is delivered
- Be a credible subject matter expert in sales and marketing related business processes
- Coach and mentor junior consultants
- Be comfortable with modern SDLC best practices
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems
- Experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce.com platform
- Experience with Salesforce Admin functionalities
- Excellent client-facing written, presentation and verbal communications skills
- Exposure to LWC, VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers and Salesforce development and advanced customization experience
Desired Skills/Experience
- Functional Lead or Consulting experience preferred
- Salesforce Certifications of Admin, AppBuilders, Sales & Service Cloud Consultant is preferred
- Experience in Healthcare or Medtech domain with related compliance expertise is an added advantage
