Salesforce Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts and project engagements throughout all lifecycle phases
• Lead Salesforce configurations while engaging hands-on in the implementation process
• Drive project execution and directly manage configuration tasks
• Own technical project aspects to ensure quality implementation
• Guide customers through the change management process for smooth transitions
• Maintain accountability for project delivery quality and manage risks/issues
• Cook up scheduling for configuration, testing, and third-party app integrations
• Conduct business analysis to design and implement Salesforce solutions within client environments

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional services experience
• Experience implementing and configuring Salesforce
• Proven expertise in business process analysis and solution design
• Strong preference for experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CPQ+
• Proficiency in project management and multitasking across multiple projects
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (SCA) required
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field from an accredited university

Pay

$145,000 – $235,000 annually
