About the role

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-department stakeholders to drive tech adoption and process improvements
• Manage the migration from siloed tools to Salesforce, overseeing project planning and execution
• Document and communicate business processes and user requirements clearly to stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions and create proof-of-concepts
• Advise on the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions from a user experience perspective
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Sales Solutions and data integrations
• Establish platform governance frameworks, perform health checks, and identify optimization opportunities

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional certifications preferred (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder)
• Experience in gathering and translating business requirements for system design and leading discussions with stakeholders
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Lightning; Service Cloud experience is a plus
• Strong proficiency in designing Salesforce Flows and implementing declarative automation tools
• Knowledge of establishing Salesforce data governance frameworks, internal controls, and security standards
• Familiar with data management tools such as DemandTools and Salesforce DevOps practices
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI capabilities and familiarity with agentic AI features

Pay

$96,600 – $151,800 annually
