Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision for Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Revenue Recognition).
- Lead discovery workshops and define business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solution success.
- Support Agile delivery and change management.
Required Skills
- 8+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in Salesforce implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing).
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Familiar with Agile/SAFe delivery and tools like JIRA.
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Q2C integrations.
