Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Email Automation Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a consultative partner to champion our enterprise email initiatives, optimizing lifecycle engagement through data-driven campaigns and cross-functional leadership. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative strategy and technical execution to maximize business impact across global target markets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email campaigns from campaign strategy and requirements through deployment - scheduled campaigns, automated triggers, Journey Builder and automated multi-touch campaigns.
• Build and edit email code and logic using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Content Builder and AMPscripting tools.
• Collaborate with technology teams to onboard new email programs and content to the email platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), acting as the "voice of the business".
• Lead and/or support cross-organizational projects as a subject matter expert for email channel, including but not limited to: template specifications, technical design, channel best practice, executional process and principles, data feed analysis, and platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive expertise within digital execution, email channel marketing, or advanced marketing technology environments.
• Advanced technical proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Journey Builder, Content Builder, and AMPscripting.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical projects and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a highly matrixed corporate setting.
• Strong foundational skills in front-end HTML, data feed analysis, and agile project management methodologies.
• Enjoy tracking, triaging, and solving issues in real-time.
• Ability to continuously develop and improve process / infrastructure within a constantly evolving team.

Pay & Schedule

• Compensation Range: $45-$50/hr
• Schedule: Contract, Hybrid (1 week on-site / 1 week remote)
• Location: Smithfield, RI
