Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MCE) Solution Architect

Position Overview

Serve as a technical builder and architect, designing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions in real-time.

Collaborate closely with business and marketing strategy leaders, data engineering, email development, and QA teams to ensure scalable, automated, compliant, and resilient campaigns.

Bring deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically across data, audience architecture, automation, and personalization.

Handle complex data models, audience segmentation, and personalization mechanics in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Act as a key technical resource during a period of CRM growth, supporting campaigns that require a high level of sophistication and reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience in a Solution Architect or senior technical role.
• Deep expertise across Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder.
• Strong command of Salesforce data models, audience segmentation, and personalization mechanics.
• Proven experience with Salesforce automations and complex journeys, including SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and Data Extensions.
• Demonstrated ability to design solutions that work effectively in production, with a focus on real-world application and operational stability.
