Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect
About the role
Capgemini is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale order lifecycle solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ideal candidates should have 8+ years of consultative technical sales experience, familiarity with network protocols, and a strong understanding of data architecture.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-scale order lifecycle solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance
- Position products effectively using feature to benefit analysis and Sales Force Automation (SFA)/Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure high availability and scalability of application server environments
- Manage data architecture and schema to support robust marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain server-side scripts and applications
- Implement and manage multiple integration techniques including Web Services and APIs
Requirements
- 8+ years of consultative technical sales experience
- Experience with product positioning leveraging feature to benefit analysis and SFA/CRM
- Understanding of Network Protocols and Services (DNS, HTTP, HTTPS)
- Familiarity with multi-tier, high availability application server environments
- Familiarity with data architecture/schema
- Sound understanding of RDBMS and PL/SQL
- Experience with multiple integration techniques including Web Services and APIs
Qualifications
- Experience with web-based On-Demand SaaS software solutions
- Proven design skills
- Proficiency in advanced HTML and JavaScript
- Experience with email marketing
- Knowledge of internet marketing tools and strategies (SEM/SEO, affiliates)
- Understanding of web analytics solutions (Webtrends, CoreMetrics, Site Catalyst)
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Experience with Data Management Platforms (DMP), Demand Side Platforms (DSP), Supply Side Platforms (SSP)
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated design skills
- Use of Design/Development tools (Macromedia, Photoshop) preferred
- Proficient coding advanced HTML and JavaScript
- Email Marketing experience preferred
- Exposure to Internet Marketing tools / strategies (SEM/SEO, Affiliates) preferred
- Understanding of Web Analytics solutions (Webtrends, CoreMetrics, Site Catalyst) preferred
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) preferred
- Experience with Data Management Platforms (DMP), Demand Side Platforms (DSP), Supply Side Platforms (SSP) preferred
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted locations is $73,150-$174,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
