Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud capabilities.
- Define end-to-end architecture, including system integrations, data models, and security frameworks.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Architect and oversee development using Apex, Java, Lightning Components, and related technologies.
- Design and optimize data synchronization strategies between Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms.
- Review existing Salesforce implementations and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Establish governance, development standards, and CI/CD best practices for Salesforce environments.
- Support troubleshooting of complex technical issues and provide architectural direction for long-term solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including Salesforce Architect or Senior Salesforce Developer roles
- Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud architecture and implementation
- Designing complex integrations with external systems
- Apex, Java (nice to have), APIs, and Lightning technologies
- Salesforce integration patterns and best practices
- Salesforce data modeling, security, and performance optimization
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications (Application Architect / System Architect / CTA preferred)
- Experience in financial services domain
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps for Salesforce
