Job Summary

SiTime is seeking a seasoned and hands-on Salesforce Manager to lead the administration, optimization, and strategic enhancement of our Salesforce platform. This role is critical in supporting sales processes, revenue operations, and customer engagement while ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines functional and administration expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud with proven experience in complex sales and quoting processes typical of semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing companies. You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing) and IT, drive user adoption, maintain high data quality, and deliver solutions that support SiTime's hypergrowth and operational excellence. This position is based in Phoenix / Tempe AZ. The position requires frequent business travel to Santa Clara, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects and enhancements, from requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Salesforce team and business users in Sales, Marketing, and Business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements and priorities.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including opportunity and pipeline management, quoting processes, forecasting, customer data management, and reporting to support revenue operations.
  • Design, implement, and maintain integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems and ecommerce platforms to enable accurate end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes. Leverage integration platforms and tools to ensure data exchange and process orchestration across the enterprise.
  • Write detailed functional and technical specifications for customizations, automations (Flows), reports, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional, data, and integration issues related to Salesforce applications, working closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Evaluate, configure, and drive adoption of Salesforce Einstein AI and Agentforce features to deliver measurable improvements in sales efficiency, pipeline accuracy, and revenue predictability.
  • Create and maintain training documents, videos, and other materials for end-users; drive user adoption and change management initiatives.
  • Lead and guide teams in Salesforce release management, feature testing, and adoption of new capabilities while ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Work directly with Salesforce support and internal teams to log, track, and resolve service requests in a timely manner.
  • Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high environment, demonstrating strong time management, organizational skills, and executive presence.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform administration and management, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and B2B revenue processes.
  • Strong understanding of sales, quoting, forecasting, and revenue operations processes, ideally with exposure to semiconductors, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, Flow automation, security model, reporting and dashboards, and integration best practices.
  • Experience designing and supporting integration between Salesforce and other systems to support Quote-to-Cash and order management processes.
  • Experience with PriceFx, Boardwalk, Marketo and any advanced Revenue management/CPQ would be a plus.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and driving adoption of Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, or other AI/ML capabilities within the Salesforce platform is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with change management, user adoption programs, and business process re-engineering in sales or revenue operations.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Integration Architecture Designer.
