Responsibilities
- Understand what has been built
- Understand the gaps between what is present and what is desired
- Take over ongoing maintenance and support of what has been built
- Contribute to new build work, including features large and small, and the creation of clear documentation
- Inform and implement strategies for CI/CD, test automation, and AI-driven software development
Skills
- Proven experience leading the ongoing development and administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development in Sales Cloud and CPQ, with expert-level understanding of the SFDC ecosystem, architecture, and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and manage launch roadmaps and all ongoing development work effectively
- Skilled in creating clear documentation and technical artifacts to support scalable development
- Experienced in agile environments, contributing to empowered teams and participating in standard agile ceremonies
- Applies modern development practices, including CI/CD, code review, QA preview/review, and test automation
- Strong collaborator with the ability to align technical development with business objectives and deliver high-quality outcomes
