Senior Lead Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Lead Developer to lead the design, development, modernization, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications supporting mission-critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications.
• Lead development efforts for modernization initiatives.
• Develop Power Platform solutions and custom .NET applications.
• Perform code reviews and mentor developers.
• Support CI/CD, DevSecOps, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Maintain technical documentation and configuration artifacts.
• Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with Government standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft technologies and full software development lifecycle.
