Anticipated Posting End Date: 2026-10-05 (maybe not needed; it's metadata; we can drop or put in short p)
Base Pay Range: $128,000/yr - $174,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
Company Overview etc. We need to include Benefits section if there is real content. The posting includes Benefits And Total Rewards paragraph describing benefits: comprehensive Total Rewards package, superior retirement program, highly competitive health, wellness and work life offerings. That's substantive. So we should include Benefits section with that content.
Pay section: we have base pay range and mention of incentive program. So include Pay.
Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should not include Schedule.
Qualifications: Might be covered by Educational Requirements and Work Experience. Could combine into Qualifications section. The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where.
- About the role: likely a brief description of role purpose. Could be the introductory paragraph(s) before responsibilities.
- Responsibilities: the bullet list.
- Requirements: maybe educational and work experience (Bachelor's, 5+ years required, 7+ preferred). Also physical requirements? Could be included.
- Qualifications: maybe career level? Or could be merged. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's think: The posting includes "Educational Requirements", "Work Experience", "Physical Requirements", "Career Level". Those could go under Requirements or Qualifications. Since we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings available, we need to allocate content meaningfully.
We could put Educational Requirements, Work Experience, Physical Requirements under Requirements. And Career Level maybe under Qualifications? Or we could put all under Requirements and skip Qualifications if not enough distinct content. But we should include Qualifications only if there is real specific content. Career Level 9IC is specific; could be qualification. Also maybe "Must have experience working within a trading environment" is a skill? Actually it's under Required Skills. So qualifications could be career level.
Better: Use Requirements for education, experience, physical. Use Qualifications for career level and maybe any certifications? Not present. But we still have career level.
Skills: list required and preferred skills and related skills.
Benefits: as described.
Pay: base pay range and incentive.
Now we need to avoid boilerplate like company overview, culture, EEO, accessibility, drug policy, privacy notices. Remove those.
Also remove duplicated lines like "Preferred Skills:" appears twice; we need to include content once.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact details? We can rephrase but must keep meaning. Probably okay to keep as is.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences.
