Responsibilities
- Meet with product design team to determine testing parameters
- Create test plans, create test cases, test procedures, bug reports, final QA reports for products
- Manage test data architecture with the Tech Lead
- Troubleshoot errors and streamline procedures
- Test and examine code written by others and analyze results, including data validation testing, functional testing, performance and load testing, usability testing, and accessibility (508) testing
- Administer standard and custom fields, map them out across integrations
- Analyze database issues and troubleshoot problems
- Aid in training rollouts to new users and grow the application knowledge
- Develop and deploy tools to streamline processes to gain efficiencies and improve key metrics
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in relevant field
- Salesforce certified professional with at least 2 years of Salesforce functional experience
- Experience working with product owners to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce specific user stories
- Experience delivering a Salesforce project using Agile
- Experience leading grooming sessions, developing the product backlog, leading Sprint ceremonies, planning and conducting testing and other functional related activities
- Experience leading, mentoring, and overseeing the work of junior functional resources
- Certified Scrum Master preferred
- Experience with troubleshooting errors and streamlining test procedures
- Experience with testing and examining code written by others and analyzing results, including data validation testing, functional testing, performance and load testing, usability testing, and accessibility (508) testing
About Steampunk
The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $150,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position. Annual salary is just one aspect of Steampunk's total compensation package for employees.
