Salesforce Functional Analyst
About the role
As a Steampunk Salesforce Functional Analyst, you will work with Technical/Solutions Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into well‐architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform. You will develop, test, document and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such as flows, validations, approvals, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and everything clicks not code. You will execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests, follow coding standards, and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.
You will handle administrative functions in Salesforce applications including maintenance of user accounts, profiles, roles, security, and data access, setting up flows, sharing rules and permission sets. You will administer standard and custom fields, map them out across integrations, analyze database issues, and troubleshoot problems. You will assist in training rollouts to new users and grow the application knowledge. You will envision, develop, and deploy tools to streamline processes to gain efficiencies and improve key metrics. You will keep up to date on new Salesforce features.
Responsibilities

- Stay current on new Salesforce features.
Qualifications
- Salesforce certified professional with a minimum of two years of Salesforce functional experience.
- Experience working with product owners to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce-specific user stories.
- Experience delivering a Salesforce project using Agile.
- Experience leading grooming sessions, developing the product backlog, leading Sprint ceremonies, planning and conducting testing and other functional-related activities.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and overseeing the work of junior functional resources.
- Certified Scrum Master preferred.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $150,000. Annual salary is just one aspect of Steampunk’s total compensation package for employees.
