Salesforce Developer

About the role

Litify is looking for a Salesforce Software Developer to join our Engineering team. Your main focus will be to work within the Salesforce ecosystem, writing clean and scalable code, assisting with the design, analysis, development, implementation, and deployment of new data-driven applications. The ideal candidate has the ability to function in an agile software development lifecycle and thrive in a hands-on, focused, productive, and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Focus on developing in the Salesforce ecosystem and write scalable and maintainable frontend JavaScript and backend Apex
• Write high quality code with test coverage that accounts for both positive and negative test cases
• Collaborate with the rest of the team in meetings, contributing ideas to help better the codebase, processes, and overall product
• Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI coding agents) to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and streamline day-to-day workflows
• Be able to adapt to a fast-paced startup culture
• Be able to understand the application of the Salesforce platform to the Legal Industry
• Contribute to project documentation and knowledge bases

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with full stack development
• A drive to continue to improve your skill set and take on more challenging projects
• 3+ years experience working in a Salesforce environment using LWC, Apex, General Security Practices
• A willingness to help educate and grow teammates
• An ability to effectively communicate with peers in Engineering and Product
• A growth mindset toward AI-assisted development, with enthusiasm for adopting AI tools to boost velocity and continuously improve engineering workflows

Nice-to-haves

• Node.js experience
• Serverless architecture on AWS (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3)
• Salesforce certifications
• Containerized applications
• CI/CD experience

Pay

The estimated base salary pay range for this role is $110,000-120,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
