About the role

Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce. Build and maintain Salesforce applications, workflows, process automation, and integrations. Develop and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions. Create and optimize custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, integration issues, and production incidents. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Support deployment activities using DevOps and CI/CD tools. Maintain technical documentation and solution design artifacts.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

Experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
Experience with custom object creation, field management, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve application defects, integration issues, and production incidents.
Experience with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies.
