Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integration platforms. This will be an Onsite position (Richardson office) all 5 days, for a 6 month contract, with a possibility of extension. We will be doing a couple of rounds for technical interview. As this is required for an ongoing project, we are looking for a candidate who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service and Experience Clouds
• Strong in interpreting business requirements and documenting them for writing strong technical stories
• Developed Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura components, and custom CSS
• Implement synchronous and asynchronous processes including Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled jobs
• Design and maintain Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules for business process automation
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft
• Apply platform security standards, enforce governance limits, and ensure adherence to best practices for data, code, and integration security
• Participate in code reviews, solution design sessions, and troubleshooting complex integration scenarios
• Optimize Salesforce performance and maintain scalability while ensuring compliance with Salesforce limits and security standards

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
• 2 year development experience in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and CSS
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft integrations, external APIs, and synchronous/asynchronous processes
• Expertise in Flows, platform automation, batch processing, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobs
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, governance limits, and platform best practices
• Experience in implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions

Education Requirements

• Required: Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)
• Preferred: Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211)
• Platform Developer I
