About the role
BlinkRx is seeking a technically proficient Salesforce Developer with strong administrative capabilities to join the Revenue Operations team. This role will be responsible for leading Salesforce configuration and automation, designing and building custom solutions, managing integrations, and driving data quality and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce configuration and automation, including Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, validation rules, record types, layouts, and custom objects
- Design and build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs)
- End-to-end user and license management, including roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules
- Manage and optimize integrations across tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce Data Cloud, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Ringlead, and GTM automation tools, including REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware platforms
- Design scalable, intuitive user experiences (e.g., screen flows) to streamline workflows and automate key processes like opportunity progression
- Build and enforce data models and stage gates to enable accurate reporting on metrics such as conversion rates, stage duration, and average order value
- Drive data quality and governance, implementing rules and automation to maintain clean, reliable data
- Owning the Salesforce platform roadmap, including prioritization and stakeholder alignment
- Proactive system maintenance (Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Optimizer)
- Provide end-user support and resolve tickets efficiently
- Lead user onboarding and ongoing training to drive adoption
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of data modeling (ERDs) and how it supports cross-object reporting in Salesforce and BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and its application within a B2B data model
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (II) or Advanced Administrator certification strongly preferred
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate across all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with sales and marketing workflows and go-to-market processes
- A curious, proactive mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve
- A customer-obsessed approach, focused on improving both internal and external user experiences
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and LWC
- Experience with integration technologies and APIs
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and standards
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and its application within a B2B data model

Pay
The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
