About the role
The Amivero Team is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. This position requires a U.S. citizen with the ability to pass a CBP background investigation.
Responsibilities
- Work in an Agile environment, serving as the primary systems administrator for the enterprise Salesforce.com environment.
- Develop APEX code and triggers, and automate complex business processes with Salesforce Flow Builder.
- Create test classes to ensure minimum 75% code coverage, and perform CI/CD activities.
- Debug existing code base and take necessary corrective actions, troubleshoot production issues, and determine root cause.
- Serve as the primary system administrator for the enterprise Salesforce.com environment, manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations, and coordinate new development requests.
- Work with institutional management team to establish suitable processes for administrative development and change management activities.
- Aid in training new users and growing the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
Requirements
- College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com platform and best practices, including the ability to build custom components to meet user requirements.
- Experience in creating Unlocked Packages, although not required.
- Previous experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment preferred.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating effectively at all organizational levels.
