Salesforce Data Cloud & AI Architect Senior Manager
About the role
We Are:
Accenture’s Salesforce practice, and we live to see what this platform can do. Since we were one of the first on the scene, we’re the largest global Salesforce practice, not to mention one of the best. In fact, we are the industry-leader for building Salesforce solutions, and we are Master Certified in all 12 industries and clouds. We use tech like Lightning, Einstein, and Bolt to build stronger, better relationships with customers. And we are always learning. We’re building the most resourceful team on the planet, and helping our people with new skills, training, and support to get over 4,200 certifications including Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
Who You Are
You are a senior Data Cloud and AI Architect within Accenture’s Life Sciences Salesforce Business Group. You design enterprise-scale solutions at the intersection of Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Voice AI, and Life Sciences commercial platforms — and you do it in high-stakes environments where architecture decisions shape multi-year client programs.
You own end-to-end technical architecture across Data 360, identity resolution, agentic AI design, and CRM integration patterns. You contribute from pre-sale through delivery: shaping proposals, leading design sessions, reviewing builds, and ensuring what gets built holds up at scale. You are equally effective in a client boardroom and a technical design review.
The Work
- Data Cloud architecture — own end-to-end design of Data Cloud solutions including data model, ingestion strategy, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, and real-time activation for pharma, biotech, and MedTech clients
- Agentforce & Voice AI — architect agentic AI solutions across patient services, HCP engagement, and commercial operations — including Agentforce Voice deployments, multi-agent orchestration, and AI workflow design
- Data 360 strategy — define customer and patient 360 strategies that unify structured and unstructured data across CRM, EHR, claims, and third-party sources into actionable intelligence
- CRM integration architecture — design integration patterns between Data Cloud, Salesforce LSC/Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms; provide architecture governance across workstreams
- Pre-sale solutioning — lead technical response for RFPs and orals; translate complex AI and data architectures into clear client narratives; own architecture sections of proposals
- Design governance — conduct solution design reviews, set architecture standards across delivery teams, and manage technical risk across programs
- Team leadership — mentor architects and technical analysts; guide build quality, code reviews, and delivery standards
- Practice development — contribute reusable architecture patterns, accelerators, and LS-specific AI use case frameworks to the broader practice
What You Need
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive Salesforce architecture experience across full-lifecycle implementations in consulting environments
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Data cloud and deep expertise in data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and Data Cloud governance patterns
- Minimum of 1 year of Agentforce and hands-on experience architecting Agentforce solutions, AI-powered workflows, and/or Voice AI deployments
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing enterprise integrations across CRM, data, marketing, and external platforms (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, event-driven patterns)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
Bonus Points
- Experience with Veeva Vault CRM, Veeva CRM, or the Veeva-to-Salesforce migration landscape
- Experience with headless or composable CRM architecture patterns
- Experience managing technical delivery across onshore/offshore distributed teams
