- Coordinate with other teams to ensure on-time and efficient delivery, considering open dependencies, including attending all PO syncs and various meetings.
- Work with the client to schedule demos at times when developers can join to provide the demo; if developers are unavailable, conduct the demo yourself.
- Assist in facilitating workshops to uncover use cases for implementation.
- Ensure constant communication as the liaison between the client, platform architects, and development team, leading discovery and working sessions.
- Help with development/deployment work when necessary.
- Update the weekly status report (WSR) and attend internal team meetings.
- Help coordinate Copado deployments if needed to deliver on time.
Requirements
- Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud knowledge (required).
