Salesforce Client Partner Life Sciences

About the role
As a Salesforce Client Partner for our life sciences vertical, you will own new business development, grow strategic accounts, and drive the commercial relationship between EPAM's Salesforce practice and leading healthcare organizations. This role focuses entirely on revenue generation and client growth.
Responsibilities
- Own a named account portfolio and individual revenue quota within the life sciences, MedTech, and healthcare sectors — from prospecting through close
- Build and maintain senior executive relationships at target accounts, establishing yourself as a trusted commercial advisor
- Navigate and activate the Salesforce partner ecosystem, cultivating relationships with regional vice presidents, account executives, and alliance directors to generate co-sell pipeline and joint go-to-market motions
- Lead commercial pursuits end-to-end: qualify opportunities, orchestrate proposal responses, shape deal structure, and drive contract closure in coordination with legal and delivery teams
- Develop and execute an account-level strategy in partnership with EPAM's Salesforce practice and alliance leadership with clear pipeline targets and milestones
- Translate industry context — commercial model shifts, regulatory pressures, omnichannel dynamics, and patient engagement trends — into compelling business cases for Salesforce-led transformation
- Represent EPAM at industry events, Salesforce ecosystem forums, and client briefings to expand visibility and generate market presence
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales or alliance development with a clear track record of closing complex deals in systems integration or consulting environments
- Extensive experience selling Salesforce solutions, including a deep understanding of the product portfolio, ecosystem mechanics, and how to sell with Salesforce
- Deep familiarity with life sciences or healthcare accounts and the ability to discuss complex business problems with chief commercial officers or medical affairs leaders
- Established network within the Salesforce ecosystem or life sciences sector
- Proven ability to operate in matrixed environments and align internal stakeholders across practice, delivery, and alliance teams to advance commercial opportunities
- Clear communication and executive presence with the ability to engage confidently with pharmaceutical executives and Salesforce leadership
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagement and partner events

Pay
Salary range: $160,000 - $245,000. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on factors including geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training, demand for the role, and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed.
