Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant

Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant with a solid understanding of Salesforce products and strong business process knowledge. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and acting as a liaison between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
• Create functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Support UAT, user training, and change management.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Preferred: Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
