Salesforce Solution Consultant (Business Analyst)

About the role

This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements-gathering workshops to identify business challenges
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions using SPSM and Well-Architected framework
• Develop Technical Design Documents and configuration specifications
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and Engagement Delivery Managers throughout projects
• Act as subject matter expert on Salesforce clouds during engagements
• Support UAT planning and execute defect resolution
• Participate in go-live activities including data migration and training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in functional consulting or business analysis within Professional Services
• US Citizenship required
• Eligibility to obtain Secret clearance
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience, including relevant certifications
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with stakeholders
• Experience documenting solutions through TDDs and configuration guides
• Comfortable in cross-functional teams

Pay

$106,000 – $176,000 annually
