Salesforce Senior Solution Consultant: Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Shape and align complex engagements as a trusted advisor to federal customers
• Drive architectural strategy from solution inception to execution
• Review and correct project direction to maintain project viability and extendibility
• Advises on program/project strategies to incorporate technologies, especially Salesforce
• Lead internal initiatives to enhance consulting practice and community knowledge
• Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies for business growth
• Identify and manage risk areas to ensure project resolution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in solution architecture or related role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and public sector solutions
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives in the public sector
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD clearance, with preference for active clearance
• Strong communication and presentation skills
